Beginning today, Monday, December 19th continuing through Friday, December 30th, our office will be open for limited holiday hours. If your child is ill, please call first thing in the morning beginning at 8:30am to schedule a same day ill appointment. We will not have extended hours during this two week holiday season and apologize for any inconvenience.
We are very excited to rollout our new EHR (electronic health record) system on Monday. With this will come many changes, the first is a new process for checking into our office. Please go to our Forms page and print out the Patient Packet. The patient packet has two documents to print and complete before arriving for your appointment. If you do not have access to a printer, we will have patient packet forms available for you to complete upon arrival. All patients, new and existing, must complete these new forms for our new system. We have also installed insurance card scanners so please remember to bring all insurance cards for your child/children. Most importantly, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for the new check- in process!
Thank you for your patience!
Our office will be closed until 9am to allow for employee training on our new EHR system. We will open at 9am.
Thank you for your patience during our transition!
In order to provide you with the most efficient visit possible, Mid-Ohio Pediatrics is installing an EMR
(Electronic Medical Records) system. This technology enables MOP to provide your child even
more convenient care, and ensures that their records will hold more accurate documentation, in a safer and
more concisely stored location.
By initiating electronic health records, we will have the most current technology and keeping with current
health information. In addition, this promotes “green practices” to lower our paper usage.
Please bear with us, as we are currently in training with this new EMR system and the new system will
debut on Monday, October 3, 2016.
Thank you for your patience as we make this transition!
